About the role

Lead a global Product and Test Engineering team to deliver next-generation high-performance mobile and desktop processors. Plan and execute early silicon bring-up, characterization, product definition, and test solution development (Sort, ATE, SLT) through high-volume production, interfacing with executive leadership, design validation, supply chain, and OSAT partners to optimize microprocessor solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Time-to-Market: Deliver production-ready test programs and hardware fixtures ahead of critical product launch windows.
  • Yield & Margin Optimization: Drive continuous test time reduction (TTR) and structural yield optimization to maximize gross margins.
  • Strategic Interface: Seamlessly translate complex silicon behavior and yield data into actionable roadmaps for executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Master of Science (MS) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
