About the role

Senior HR advisor role based in Austin, TX focusing on HR consulting, program management, and data analytics to support HR Business Partners and leaders across multiple organizations. Drives strategic HR programs, workforce insights, and operational excellence across talent, performance, rewards, and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze workforce data and HR metrics using advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools to identify trends, generate insights, and support business decision-making.
  • Develop executive summaries, reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate key findings and recommendations to HR and business leaders.
  • Ability to link content across several disciplines.
  • Apply business knowledge and HR expertise to identify workforce trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations that support organizational objectives.
  • Lead and support the planning, implementation, communication, and execution of cyclical HR programs, including performance management, compensation planning, talent planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and management teams to provide guidance on HR programs, talent strategies, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, change management, leadership development, and employee relations matters.
  • Manage project timelines, program structures, stakeholder communications, and key deliverables to ensure successful execution and operational excellence.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance enterprise-wide HR programs, support strategic initiatives, improve employee experiences, and drive continuous process improvement and business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
