Field Operations Specialist position in Atlantic City, NJ, part-time, on-site, focused on patrol, payment verification, and customer guidance across parking locations.

Responsibilities

  • Patrol: Regularly walk assigned lot(s) or garage(s) on foot to check on parked vehicles (no car movement).
  • Multi-location coverage: Provide coverage across multiple locations within assigned area; valid driver’s license required.
  • Scan & verify: Use Space Force app to scan license plates and verify active payment.
  • Citation management: Issue citations to vehicles that haven’t paid and leave notices; in some markets, immobilize (boot) repeat violators.
  • Customer guidance: Help customers understand how to pay and use the app.
  • Light cleanup (depending on location): Occasional trash pickup around the lot.
  • Vendor coordination (depending on location): Coordinate with outside vendors on maintenance needs.
  • Signage assistance (depending on location): Help hang or move signage at ground level.
  • Flagging (depending on location): Direct traffic during events and assist customers with questions or pricing.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, security, or parking operations is a plus but not required; training provided.
  • Ability to stand for several hours outdoors in parking environments.
  • Own a modern smartphone with reliable data plan to operate Space Force; reliable transportation to locations.
  • Strong time-management and ability to work independently.
  • Professional attitude when engaging with customers and stakeholders.
  • 18+ years of age and authorized to work in the USA.
