About the role

Apple’s Operations team ensures that ground breaking designs become industry-leading products, delivered on time and on spec. OPMs are pivotal to the dynamic development and launch of Apple’s products, leading cross-functional programs, influencing without authority, and ensuring quality, cost, and schedule during NPI and production readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Drive solutions across multiple cross-functional teams and through the supply chain, exercising sound judgment and influencing without direct authority
  • Budget pre-Mass Production builds and requirements.
  • Influence product manufacturability, testability, and supply chain responsiveness in pursuit of low cost and flexibility while stewarding quality.
  • Lead all communications, upward and downward through the organization; raising key issues and options for resolution with executive teams

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in NPI Operations Management, Supply Chain or Product/Program Management
  • 5+ Project/Program Management experience
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Bachelor's Degree
