About the role

Senior individual contributor leading end-to-end content features within Apple Services, translating content design vision into technical execution, driving creative experimentation, strategy briefs, and scalable production systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own content-driven features from assessment through definition, build, QA, and launch with design, engineering, product, and strategy partners.
  • Own the creative requirements engineering builds from and quality teams test against, covering sourcing, generation, adaptation, sequencing, allocation, presentation, and fallback handling.
  • Review builds and provide precise feedback until a feature meets creative and functional requirements across devices and OS changes.
  • Be the point of contact to resolve stalled features and align stakeholders.
  • Own the creative and production side of experimentation: define questions, brief variants, manage asset readiness, launch, monitor, and teardown.
  • Collaborate with data, product, and strategy teams to design tests, instrumentation, and interpretation of results.
  • Translate learnings into guidance, patterns, and templates for reuse across titles, surfaces, and markets.
  • Identify manual work to automate, design systems for automation and production throughput, and optimize artwork and variant testing.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product creative experience delivering or program-managing creative/content experiences in digital products or services.
  • 5–7+ years working directly with software engineering teams on a digital product; experience writing creative/content requirements and working through dependencies and trade-offs.
  • Experience partnering with designers and creative teams through briefing, review, and delivery.
  • Creative experimentation experience with analytics and product counterparts.
  • Experience with analysts or data scientists on metrics, instrumentation, and interpretation.
  • Experience shaping briefs with strategy/editorial/marketing counterparts and turning findings into guidance.
  • Cross-functional leadership and ability to align multiple teams around a plan.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to present briefs, requirements, and results to executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications, Media Production, Marketing, Arts, or equivalent practical experience.
