About the role

Technical Expert with extensive troubleshooting skills who repairs iPhone and other Apple products, educates customers, and shares knowledge across the team. Supports high-quality repairs, customer care, and collaborative problem solving within Apple Retail.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for select Apple hardware and software.
  • Repair iPhone and other Apple products as required.
  • Educate customers on repair options and Apple products and services.
  • Provide excellent service by understanding customer needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting product and service recommendations.
  • Deepen knowledge of Apple products, services, and Genius Bar repair processes to support efficient repairs.
  • Work with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and feed feedback to Apple.
  • Use extensive knowledge of hardware and software components to identify origin of technical issues and educate others.
  • Support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity.
  • Other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
  • Visual inspection and fine motor skills to safely perform hardware repairs.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a customer service environment.
