About the role

Role within Apple’s Growth Accounts Ads team focused on helping small and medium businesses succeed through performance ads, spanning English and Japanese-speaking client engagement with a self-serve platform experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop initial campaign success across a portfolio of clients to build credibility and trust leading to longer-term success.
  • Manage multiple relationships within the performance marketing space.
  • Maintain a robust business pipeline through email, phone, and in-person outreach and move deals through planned, pitched, agreed, and implemented phases.
  • Demonstrate product and industry expertise in client interactions.
  • Collaborate with a team-oriented mindset in a dynamic environment.
  • Deliver impactful messages through exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance media sales, including at least 3 years working with a self-serve platform.
  • Fluency in English and Japanese.
  • Proven track record of overachievement and meeting or exceeding sales targets in the digital ads space.
  • Deep understanding of performance advertisers’ market strategies and success measurement tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data sets for client growth.
  • Excellent active listening and questioning skills for continuous learning.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to excel and make a difference.
  • Ability to develop credibility with clients and achieve longer-term success.
