About the role

Contract Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support hiring across the company (technical and corporate roles) on a 6-month minimum basis, handling full-cycle searches in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand business needs, advise on hiring strategy, role scoping, timelines, and market realities.
  • Own full-lifecycle searches for technical and corporate roles of varying complexity and seniority, from intake through offer acceptance.
  • Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach; tailor approach to each talent market.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews, assessing skills, experience, and alignment with company values.
  • Run intake and debrief sessions with hiring managers to define success criteria and keep searches moving.
  • Manage candidate pipelines as the primary point of contact; ensure a high-touch, professional candidate experience.
  • Communicate regularly with hiring managers, interviewers, and People team with data-informed updates on pipeline health, risks, and market conditions.
  • Negotiate offers and coordinate pre-employment processes.
  • Maintain accurate data and compliance in applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting a mix of technical and non-technical teams within a product-focused company.
  • Experience supporting multiple functions and role types in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, senior-level individual contributor and leadership roles across varied business and technical teams.
