About the role

Role to grow relationships with automotive OEMs and suppliers, manage a portfolio of customer accounts, and drive strategic engagements with internal teams. Based in Michigan with significant on-site time with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer stakeholders across executive leadership, engineering, program management, and purchasing
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and drive commercial activity from opportunity through signed agreement
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing engagements and grow account revenue over time
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure customer commitments are delivered and issues are resolved promptly
  • Create and execute on account strategy, support executive engagements, and maintain accurate forecasts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3–8 years of sales experience
  • Experience selling complex technology into CXOs, especially in automotive, robotics, or deep-tech
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a polished, professional presence with senior stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, with experience managing multiple workstreams and deadlines effectively
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual/quarterly goals and targets
