About the role
The Set Team Specialist keeps active sets organized, staged, and inventory-accurate to ensure research runs smoothly on real-world tasks within physical environments used for robotics data collection.
Responsibilities
- Audit Sets Daily: Check active sets every day for organization and cleanliness, working alongside the operator team.
- Stage & Log: Stage props for new sets and log them accurately in inventory.
- Flag Issues: Follow a defined checklist and escalate missing props, sets out of spec, and inventory mismatches to the Set Team Coordinator.
- Support Prop Running: Deliver props and kits to operators when needed.
Qualifications
- 1+ year in retail merchandising, warehouse, stagehand, hospitality, or facilities work.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Comfort with basic inventory or tracking tools.
- Ability to stand, lift up to 40 lbs, and move around for a full shift.
