About the role
Curri is seeking a VP of Product to lead and scale the product organization, setting a bold, customer-backed vision for an AI-native logistics platform, applying ROI discipline to prioritization, growing the PM team, and representing the product roadmap to customers and the executive team.
Responsibilities
- Set and own Curri's product vision and roadmap.
- Bake AI into the core of the product so it feels native, not bolted on. AI should quietly take over dispatch, routing, pricing, and support decisions within existing workflows.
- Build ROI discipline into the roadmap by valuing opportunities and prioritizing accordingly.
- Define success metrics before building, instrument releases, and compare results to initial estimates to improve future sizing.
- Collaborate with the executive team to translate company strategy into a focused product plan and present it to leadership.
- Partner with Engineering to drive trade-offs, execution, and rapid shipping.
- Stay close to customers to understand workflows and needs; evangelize the roadmap through advisory boards, key accounts, and joint Sales pitches.
- Participate in strategic sales calls, run product demos, address objections, and influence enterprise contracts.
- Own quality for AI-driven features, including evals, failure modes, costs, latency, and necessary guardrails for customer trust.
- Set expectations for PM-team interaction with AI, emphasizing rapid prototyping and working demos over lengthy specs.
- Lead and grow the PM team from three to four–six people, focusing on leadership and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Growth, Operations, and the executive team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product, including 4+ years managing product managers, with leadership experience at a high level.
- Strong conviction as a product visionary grounded in customer evidence.
- Experience with customer-facing activities (advisory boards, roadmap pitches with Sales).
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles (demos, RFPs, security/integration reviews) and closing deals without overpromising.
- Business and ROI rigor: ability to build business cases and use opportunity sizing for prioritization.
- Strong product analytics: define key metrics, extract insights via PostHog/SQL, run experiments and controlled rollouts.
- Shipped AI/ML features to production with user adoption and managed post-launch improvements.
- Fluency with current AI tools; capable of prototyping and differentiating hype from leverage.
- Hands-on leadership style with willingness to do hands-on work alongside the team.
