About the role
Hands-on operating leadership role to convert company priorities into disciplined daily execution across manufacturing, shipping, supply chain, sales, and people operations. Reports to the General Manager and spends time on the factory floor while using data to drive performance and resolve gaps.
Responsibilities
- Run the daily operating rhythm across production, shipping, quality, and customer commitments
- Translate company goals into clear priorities, owners, and deadlines
- Track safety, throughput, on-time delivery, quality, labor, and inventory accuracy
- Identify constraints early and coordinate teams to resolve them
- Build standard work, scorecards, and operating processes that scale
- Coach managers and frontline leaders while holding a high bar for accountability
- Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management
- Help resolve urgent customer, supplier, and operational issues
- Complete other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years
- Visa: US citizen/visa only
