About the role
Production Supervisors to ensure each shift is safe, organized, and productive by translating the production plan into clear assignments, coaching the team, and delivering clean handoffs to the next shift.
Responsibilities
- Lead shift-start safety meetings and communicate production priorities
- Assign work across material handling, saws, packaging, and shipping
- Monitor safety, quality, throughput, attendance, and order completion
- Confirm operators have the materials, tools, and information they need
- Coach employees in real time and reinforce standard work
- Escalate equipment, quality, inventory, and staffing issues quickly
- Maintain accurate production records and shift handoffs
- Support onboarding, training, and equipment qualification
- Keep the floor organized and ready for the next shift
- Complete other tasks as assigned
