About the role
We’re hiring a Plant Manager to own the safety, people, quality, delivery, and productivity of a Nox Metals facility. You will build a disciplined operation that ships accurate orders on time while developing a strong team and protecting the integrity of our inventory.
Responsibilities
- Own plant safety, quality, delivery, labor, throughput, and inventory accuracy
- Lead Production Supervisors, operators, material handlers, and shipping teams
- Translate demand into production, staffing, and equipment plans
- Establish standard work and a consistent daily management rhythm
- Remove constraints and coordinate maintenance, supply chain, and quality support
- Develop frontline leaders and maintain clear accountability at every level
- Partner with sales and customer teams on priorities and recovery plans
- Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management
- Plan capacity and operating improvements as volume grows
- Maintain a clean, organized, customer-ready facility
- Complete other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or related field
- Visible, hands-on manufacturing leader
- Uncompromising on safety and product integrity
- Strong at developing people and building accountable teams
- Comfortable managing through operating metrics
- Able to balance today’s customer commitments with long-term process improvement
- Clear and decisive under pressure
- Comfortable with modern software and automation
