About the role

Role focused on moving and shipping aluminum materials in the Los Angeles facility, handling inbound/outbound material, operating material-handling equipment after training, and maintaining inventory and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • - Follow all safety protocols and hold your teammates to the same standard
  • - Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment after training and certification
  • - Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • - Receive inbound material and verify it against purchase orders
  • - Stage material for production and completed orders for shipment
  • - Package, label, and prepare outbound material and shipping documents
  • - Record every material movement accurately in our software
  • - Help maintain inventory accuracy through counts and location checks
  • - Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
  • - Complete other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • - Experience: 1+ years
  • - Visa: US citizen/visa only
  • - Able to lift up to 50 lbs., operate heavy equipment, and remain on your feet for a full shift with or without reasonable accommodation
  • - Comfortable with software or willing to learn
  • - Committed to safety
  • - Reliable, organized, and attentive to detail
  • - Team player with ownership of the entire handoff
  • - Comfortable working around large, heavy material
