About the role

Accenture Construct seeks a Construction Project Safety Advisor (ANS) based in Santiago de Chile to lead on-site EHS inspections, risk assessment, and safety program delivery for high-profile data center and large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll conduct routine onsite inspections, audits, and assessments, including safety observations, reporting, and follow-up on identified issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 4–5+ years of EHS or construction safety experience
  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, hazard identification, risk assessments, and incident investigations
  • Experience with site inspections, audits, safety observations, and High-Risk Activities (HRAs)
  • Experience managing EHS documentation, reporting, and corrective actions
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHS reporting systems
  • Professional-level English proficiency, written and verbal
