About the role

Director-level role leading data center commissioning programs and large client accounts within Accenture Construct, focusing on program-wide delivery, client satisfaction, financial performance, and continuous improvement across major capital projects.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary lead for major client accounts or a portfolio of smaller projects, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Drive client retention, account expansion, and business development, identifying new opportunities to grow the Cost Management service offering and support overall firm growth.
  • Lead client presentations, negotiations, and the development and management of fee proposals.
  • Oversee financial performance, including revenue tracking, margin analysis, accounts receivable, and forecasting, to ensure profitability.
  • Lead cost control strategies and provide expert guidance in capital planning, procurement, commercial management, and risk mitigation, delivering value engineering and cost-saving recommendations that maintain quality and performance standards.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team through recruitment, mentoring, and training initiatives.
  • Lead internal QA/QC reviews, post-project evaluations, and continuous improvement efforts, monitoring KPIs and optimizing processes to enhance quality and operational excellence.
  • Represent the firm at industry events and act as a senior advisor, reinforcing the company’s brand reputation and leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in Project Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Data Center Experience preferable
  • Certifications (preferred): MRICS, CCP, PMP or equivalent
