About the role

Technical Recruiter role with Agile Defense focusing on full-cycle recruiting for technical and cleared positions in the Fort Huachuca, AZ area. Developmental seat leading to Senior Technical Recruiter with emphasis on stakeholder relationships, process ownership, and AI-assisted sourcing.

Responsibilities

  • Independently run the full recruiting toolkit across technical and cleared requisitions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, closing) with light oversight.
  • Build clearance fluency and perform higher-tier searches.
  • Own stakeholder relationships with hiring managers, providing market feedback and pipeline updates.
  • Lead at least one defined project or initiative beyond own requisitions per year.
  • Maintain compliance accuracy for EEO/OFCCP, clearance documentation, interview documentation.
  • Identify and adopt AI-assisted efficiency to widen and diversify candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated track record independently running full-cycle recruiting across technical, cleared complexity.
  • Working knowledge of the federal clearance process up to Top Secret/SCI and polygraph-level searches.
  • Experience earning trust from hiring managers and acting as a partner.
  • Experience proposing or improving processes beyond own workload.
  • Habit of using AI tools to improve efficiency with judgment on candidate experience.
