About the role

Senior AI I Fullstack (Java I Angular) Developer focused on leading AI-driven software delivery transformations for a financial client in Brazil, acting as the technical AI orchestration lead and ensuring architecture, governance, and high-quality delivery with integrated AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Act as technical AI orchestrator across the software development lifecycle
  • Implement and maintain technical and contextual refinement guiding agent-driven task execution (Spec-Driven Development - SDD)
  • Ensure engineering governance and code quality generated by AI by defining guardrails and avoiding technical hallucinations
  • Explore, structure and evolve the use of agent tools such as GitHub Copilot, Skills, MCPs (Model Context Protocol) and context/prompt engineering
  • Promote and guide teams in applying unit testing, test automation, code audits (code reviews) and observability
  • Collaborate in defining and evolving solution architecture (backend with Java/Spring, microservices and messaging) integrated with AI capabilities
  • Conduct technical analyses and align architectural and functional decisions with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications

  • Solid software engineering experience with Java (17+) and Spring ecosystem (Boot/Cloud)
  • Hands-on experience applying AI to software engineering and agent development
  • Proficiency in Spec-Driven Development (SDD), context engineering and prompt orchestration
  • Experience with GitHub Copilot, Skills and MCPs
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture, messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and Cloud concepts (Azure or AWS)
  • Hands-on experience with unit testing, code quality, and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, Jira)
  • Good communication, collaborative mindset, analytical profile, and ability to work in dynamic innovation environments
