About the role

Senior Software Architect (Tech Lead Java & IA Generativa) responsible for technical leadership, guiding architecture decisions, and collaborating with clients to align technology with business goals. Focus on Java, Spring Boot, microservices, APIs, and Generative AI applications.

Responsibilities

  • Act as technical reference for engineering teams, guiding decisions and directions.
  • Mentor and develop professionals, promoting autonomy and technical growth.
  • Facilitate discussions, alignments and problem solving for complex issues.
  • Promote engineering best practices and knowledge sharing.
  • Act as technical reference to client leadership, conducting meetings and technical discussions.
  • Understand client needs and translate into technical direction.
  • Align expectations, priorities, risks, and dependencies with clarity.
  • Build trust and manage conflicts among stakeholders.
  • Support architecture definition and evolution of solutions.
  • Evaluate technical alternatives and their business impact.
  • Guide solutions using Java, Spring Boot, APIs, microservices, and integrations.
  • Support decisions on scalability, security, performance, and quality.
  • Identify technical risks and opportunities for evolution.
  • Support adoption of Generative AI in products and development cycle.
  • Identify opportunities to apply LLMs and other AI technologies.
  • Assist integration of AI solutions with existing architectures.
  • Encourage strategic and responsible use of AI to generate value.

Qualifications

  • Experience as Tech Lead, Senior Software Engineer, or similar roles.
  • Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
  • Software architecture knowledge, microservices, APIs, and systems integration.
  • Experience in corporate environments and medium/high-complexity projects.
  • Knowledge of software engineering practices and CI/CD.
  • Experience or knowledge in Generative AI and LLM integrations.
  • Cloud experience is a plus.
