About the role

Role to build and scale the People Program Management Office, partnering with leaders to deliver high-impact programs that shape the employee experience and support organizational growth across performance management, change management, rewards, people operations, and other strategic People initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of initiatives from planning through execution and post-launch assessment, including measuring outcomes against original goals.
  • Build project plans, timelines, governance frameworks, and communication strategies for key People programs, scaling structure to initiative size and risk.
  • Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements across multiple concurrent initiatives, resolving conflicts in priorities and capacity.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with People, Legal, Finance, IT, Security, and business stakeholders, translating needs between teams to keep work moving.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience preferably within the people function in high pace environments
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects or programs end to end, with examples of the impact
  • Experience managing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, across functions and regions
  • Experience running multiple projects in parallel and prioritizing across competing demands
  • Strong skills in project planning, risk management, and status reporting
  • Experience driving change and getting buy-in without direct authority
  • Flawless English
  • Comfort working with a distributed team across time zones and cultures
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar)
