About the role
Nebius is seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager to shape the enterprise narrative, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across Nebius’s full-stack AI cloud platform for mid-market and enterprise buyers. The role involves setting enterprise positioning, leading cross-functional launches, shaping customer journeys, building business cases, enabling field teams, and acting as a strategic partner to executives.
Responsibilities
- Set the enterprise narrative and positioning strategy. Own the enterprise layer of the Nebius story end to end, from our “ultimate AI cloud” positioning down to persona-specific messaging, and define the frameworks and standards for other product marketers and content teams.
- Lead enterprise go-to-market strategy across products and launches. Define the enterprise go-to-market plan across the Nebius portfolio, set priorities and sequencing for major launches, and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Design and own the enterprise customer journey. Define moves for the 6–18-month buying cycle, set plays, content, and touchpoints for each stage, and sequence/target them by account using ABM platforms.
- Build the enterprise business case. Develop messaging, proof, and business case around TCO, reliability/SLAs, security/compliance, data sovereignty, migration risk, and vendor lock-in.
- Drive enablement strategy and field adoption. Create enablement materials and programs for sales, solutions, and partner teams; measure adoption and impact.
- Own competitive and category positioning. Maintain an evidence-based view of the AI enterprise infrastructure landscape and shape category definitions.
- Lead the enterprise content and proof strategy. Define and own the enterprise asset library and produce strategic pieces.
- Elevate communications, analyst, and investor narratives. Shape enterprise narratives for press, launches, analyst briefings, and investor materials.
- Champion the voice of the customer. Build a pipeline of references and proof points; feed customer insights back to product strategy.
- Mentor and multiply. Coach other product marketers and establish best practices and frameworks.
- Contribute strategically at the leadership table. Partner with product, engineering, sales, and partnerships leaders at the executive level.

- Experience building and running sales/partner enablement at scale (battlecards, decks, playbooks, ROI/TCO narratives).
- Fluency with enterprise buying processes and stakeholders (CIO/CTO/VP Infrastructure, security, procurement, finance) and concerns (TCO, reliability, security, compliance, sovereignty, lock-in).
- Exceptional writing, presentation, and storytelling skills; experience with SCIPAB and presenting to executives, analysts, and customers.
- Experience mentoring or leading product marketers or cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker able to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
