About the role

Remote, full-time Senior Technical Recruiter role at G2i focusing on high-speed sourcing and screening for software engineers across backend, frontend, and full-stack, with a fast-moving project-based workload and an emphasis on high-volume hiring for frontier AI labs.

Responsibilities

  • Run high-volume screening calls with software engineers
  • Pitch the opportunity clearly and honestly, explain the process, and get a fast yes or no
  • Move candidates quickly through short processes
  • Activate the bench and hit tight hiring targets when a new project arrives
  • Find creative ways to source more candidates fast
  • Support other G2i hiring projects when needed

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a technical recruiter, hiring software engineers across backend, frontend and full-stack roles
  • Experience staffing large teams quickly, ideally at a consultancy, agency or IT services company
  • Comfort with high-volume, back-to-back interviewing
  • A strong closer who can sell an unusual opportunity honestly
  • Creative and resourceful when deadlines are tight and the pipeline runs short
  • English C1 for daily calls with candidates and the team
  • A pragmatic, get-it-done attitude and the flexibility to put in extra hours during project kickoffs
