About the role

Server Board Design Engineer role at AMD, focused on designing AI server products, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing product/proposal development with emphasis on board design, debugging, and design reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Cross-functional work ability – able to work with functions to design AMD AI product solutions.
  • Design review ability – able to provide design review results that include hardware block-level, circuit, and layout, and recommendations.
  • Issue Investigation ability- able to debug issues found during the process, bring-up, validation, and production phases.
  • Familiar with board design tools (Cadence's Concept, Allegro)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering
