About the role

Lead DFT Engineer position at AMD in Hyderabad, India. Role involves adaptive, self-motivated DFT engineering to drive high-quality, industry-leading technologies. Focus on pre- and post-silicon DFT patterns, ATPG, and collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver Test vectors based on design/Arch and mutually agreed
  • Verify non-scan DFT patterns in silicon equivalent (similar to VTPx or DVT) environment in pre-silicon stage and ensure all patterns meet First-Time-Right (FTR)
  • Experience with post-silicon bring up is a plus
  • Experience with scan-stitching; and knowledge of scan-stitching related concepts
  • Excellent hands-on ATPG; proficient with files required to run ATPG
  • Knowledge/experience with Tessent ATPG (Mentor) is a plus
  • Collaborate with post-silicon engineering teams and understand their requirements
  • Strong communication and analytical/problem-solving skills; willing to learn and take on problems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years or Master’s degree with 5+ years in Electronics Engineering/Electrical Engineering
