About the role
HR compliance expert responsible for leading compliance, governance, audits, and project execution across SEA country operations (Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Thailand, Indonesia), ensuring policies and processes are compliant, auditable, and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Monitor employment law’s regulatory updates and assess their operational impact on HR policies, processes, systems, documentation, and employee lifecycle activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Law, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related discipline.
