About the role

Senior program leadership role to drive Taiwan site special projects and productization of OEM Desktop, Notebook and workstation platforms, coordinating across Engineering and Business functions to meet technical and financial objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Drives Requirements, SOW, proposals, Design, technology and execution, with various engineering and supporting functions
  • Responsible for program leadership and reports out regularly to executives on status, decisions, and solutions to issues during execution
  • Delivers on all program commitments, in alignment with the customer, government and business objectives
  • Develop program schedules by considering various dependencies, negotiate and create a plan that supports the schedule
  • Building, creating, and maintaining a well-developed, managed and executed program plan is critical
  • Establish formal program management artifacts including a plan of record, project/program timelines, requirements, scope, performance, and quality KPIs
  • Vetting or rejecting new/change requests and sanctions scoping proposed or agreed upon changes by the core team
  • Owns driving core team to consensus on decisions that impact bounding box
  • Hitting cost, schedule, committed features, power, performance
  • Direct Customer and Partner relationship management
  • Tailors the roles of each core team member according to the needs of the program including cross functional ownership, and manages performance to achieve objectives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant working experience in new product development from a system definition, chip design, platform, product and/or program management disciplines
  • Strong understanding of the general engineering process (preferably system, CPU or GPU)
  • Experience with driving a multi-site and multi-disciplined engineering program
