About the role

Role focused on end-to-end freight and logistics Operations for AI infrastructure hardware, including servers, GPUs, network gear, and data center components, with emphasis on international trade compliance, site buildouts, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Freight & Logistics Execution: Oversee international and domestic logistics operations for high-value server racks, GPUs, network switches, and data center gear.
  • Partner with specialized carriers and 3PL providers to execute secure and shock-monitored transport.
  • Track shipments in real time, proactively identifying delays, port congestions, or customs holds to mitigate impacts on data center build schedules.
  • Manage reverse logistics, RMA flows, and warranty transport for enterprise hardware.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain management, Business Management, or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management specifically within tech hardware, data centers, hardware manufacturing, or semiconductor industries.
  • In-depth understanding of high-value asset handling, dual-use trade compliance (ECCN classification, BIS regulations), and Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, DAP, FCA).
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS/TMS software (e.g., NetSuite or specialized freight management systems).
  • Proven track record negotiating contracts and managing performance with international 3PLs and freight forwarders.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with evolving priorities and tight deployment deadlines.
