About the role

Enterprise Systems manages Apple's SAP environment and SAP Landscape Modernization. The role drives initiatives supporting Customer Service Management within SAP SD/SM, leading cross-functional global teams on complex projects and ensuring continuous operation and evolution of the SAP deployment that supports Apple's global supply chain and core financial systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional global teams on complex SAP SD/SM projects (service management/OTC)
  • Drive initiatives supporting Customer Service Management business areas
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables within SAP SD/SM and related SAP technologies
  • Coordinate SAP configuration for service management/OTC (service notifications, contracts, quotes, order processing, pricing, contract management)
  • Collaborate with external partners (3rd party logistics, repair depots, authorized service providers, insurance partners) for SAP-integrations and interfaces
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
  • Support SAP S/4HANA architecture knowledge and migration efforts as needed
  • Engage in SAP-related technical discussions (ABAP/4, BRF, Enterprise Portal, UI5/Fiori, BTP) as part of project execution

Qualifications

  • 6 years experience in SAP Functional and Project Management in Service Management, Sales and Distribution or Order Management
  • 6 years experience in SAP SD/SM
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional global teams on complex projects
  • SAP configuration experience in service management/OTC functional area
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture including core functionalities and migration
  • Knowledge of ABAP/4, SAP technologies such as BRF, Enterprise Portal, iOS, UI5, Fiori, or Business Technology Platform
  • Experience with B2B systems integration with external partners (3rd party logistics, repair depots, authorized service providers, insurance partners)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
