About the role

Six-month internship with Apple Pacific Operations in Singapore, focusing on Finished Goods supply chain across routes to market in the Pacific. Rotational opportunities across Product Launch Readiness (PLR) – Operations Readiness, PLR – System Readiness, Supply & Demand Management (SDM) Planning, and Retail Fulfilment Operations (RFO). Interns gain ownership from day one, work with cross-functional teams, and apply data analytics, automation, and GenAI tools to improve operational processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a specific workstream: supply or demand plans for a given product, support a new product introduction from system or operational readiness perspective, identify knowledge management processes across a function
  • Work across cross-functional teams — Supply Demand Management, Logistics, Reseller Operations, Retail Fulfilment Ops, and Product Launch Readiness
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities leveraging the GenAI toolkit
  • Build strong working relationships across cross-functional teams at every level, presenting clearly and influencing without formal authority

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's programme, preferably business-oriented (e.g. MBA, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Operations Research, Data Science, or related discipline)
  • 2–3 years of prior professional experience in operations, supply chain, program management, data, analytics, or related field, with a strong academic record
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to present technical work to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong data analysis and numeric skills, comfortable managing large datasets (advanced Excel; proficiency in business-oriented programming or automation environments a plus)
  • Aptitude to clearly present a thought process and influence without formal authority
  • Capacity to deliver quality results under tight timelines and high pressure in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • Sharp eye for detail and bias for action
