About the role

Genius with extensive troubleshooting skills delivers exceptional service in Apple Retail, educating customers on repairs and Apple offerings, and performing repairs on Apple products while mentoring team members and supporting leadership with customer escalations.

Responsibilities

  • Repair Apple products and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Educate customers on repair options and Apple offerings
  • Provide excellent service by understanding customer needs and recommending products/services
  • Mentor and educate Genius Bar team members; model exceptional service
  • Support leadership with timely resolution to customer escalations and feedback to Apple
  • Identify recurring repair problems and share feedback with Apple
  • Assist with customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment and uphold Apple values of inclusion and diversity
  • Handle, lift, and move merchandise safely

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience
  • Visual inspection and fine motor skills to safely perform hardware repairs
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a customer service environment
