About the role

Role focuses on growing Apple product and services in partner stores, delivering excellent customer service, conducting product demonstrations, and training partner staff while maintaining merchandising standards across multiple Queensland partner locations.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Authorised Apple Resellers to accelerate sales of Apple’s product and services within their store environment.
  • Speak directly to customers, providing knowledge and value to help them make informed choices.
  • Educate and empower store staff to stay knowledgeable on Apple products and services, deliver an extraordinary customer experience, and build a team of Apple brand advocates.
  • Increase sales and provide outstanding customer service while delivering individual and group product demonstrations and helping customers set up new Apple products.
  • Ensure Apple’s fixtures and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple’s standards.

Qualifications

  • Availability to work a regular schedule at partner stores (full-time: Wednesdays to Sundays; part-time: Thursdays to Sundays).
  • Ability to communicate effectively, listen actively, and connect with customers and teammates.
  • Integrity, honesty, accountability, and openness to feedback.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to empower others and share the Apple story.
