About the role

AMS Verification Engineer for PMU team in Munich responsible for verifying next-generation PMUs, collaborating with design teams, developing verification environments, and signing off designs for tape-out.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the top level verification of PMUs
  • Model analog behavior (Verilog-AMS)
  • Verify pre-silicon sub-/systems in top level environment, focusing on Analog/Mixed Signal macros (regressions, failure debug and tape-out)
  • Ensure specification compliance and attributes defined in the verification plan
  • Develop verification environment, including stimuli, checkers, assertions, and coverage
  • Collaborate with multiple disciplines and communicate status/results
  • Sign-off mixed signal designs in preparation for tape-out
  • Review specifications and craft verification plans
  • Support tape-out activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor, Master or PhD in EE or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with international teams
  • Outstanding drive for quality of deliverables
  • Ability to work well in a team, take ownership and motivate self and others
  • Verification mindset
  • Fluent English skills
