About the role

Role to grow Apple products and services in partner stores by providing excellent customer service, conducting product demonstrations, and training partner staff while ensuring merchandising standards. You are a salesperson, leader and influencer within one or a number of multi-branded retail partner stores.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Authorised Apple Resellers to accelerate sales of Apple’s product and service ecosystem within store environment
  • Speak directly to customers, providing knowledge and value to help them make informed choices
  • Educate and empower store staff on latest Apple products and services, deliver exceptional customer experience, and build a team of Apple brand advocates
  • Increase sales and provide outstanding customer service; deliver individual and group product demonstrations; help customers set up new Apple products
  • Ensure Apple’s fixtures and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained per Apple standards
  • Weave the role across one or more community locations as assigned after interview
  • Be allocated to one of the following communities: Maroochydore (Full-time) or Loganholme / Robina / Broadbeach (Part-time) with specified hours and days per week
  • Maintain accessibility to regular schedule for the assigned store days (Wed-Sun for full-time, Thurs-Sun for part-time)
  • See the world through customers’ and partners’ perspective, understand business needs, challenges and concerns
  • Practice active listening and effective communication with customers and teammates
  • Be quick on your feet to connect and influence the right people inside and outside Apple
  • Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and accountability in all activities
  • Be open to feedback and collaborate with diverse people
  • Empower others to learn, be curious, and share the Apple Story
  • Strive for excellence with a can-do attitude and perseverance
