About the role

Platform Specialist role within Apple Ads Global Enterprise Accounts. Responsible for owning and growing key global accounts, analyzing data, optimizing campaigns, and delivering client-focused strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction across enterprise advertisers and agencies in Greater China.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow key global accounts within the Global Enterprise Accounts team.
  • Make recommendations to clients on how to optimize campaigns to hit business goals.
  • Forge long-term partnerships with clients in person and virtually.
  • Work closely with Client Partners and cross-functional teams (marketing, product) to deliver market feedback and drive revenue targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver clear and simple explanations of data-driven insights to clients.

Qualifications

  • 3-7+ years experience in performance media sales, with 2-3 years using a self-serve platform (IC3: 3-5+ years; IC4: 5-7+ years).
  • Strong understanding of advertising, mobile and app markets.
  • Strategic selling proficiency with enterprise advertisers and agencies.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
