About the role

Mid-level Engineering Project Manager with SAP focus to support SAP Landscape Modernization (SLM) and the world’s largest single-instance SAP deployment. Responsible for configuring SAP solutions, leading process analysis, coordinating integrations and data migration, testing, post-go-live support, training, and aligning projects with scope, budget, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize SAP solutions to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with system architecture and best practices.
  • Lead business process analysis and gap analysis to identify optimization opportunities and recommend solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Take ownership of functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful system integration and data migration.
  • Perform and manage unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions.
  • Provide comprehensive post-go-live support, including issue resolution, change requests, and enhancements.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and end-user documentation to ensure users are equipped to effectively leverage the solutions.
  • Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Act as the main liaison between the business units and other IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.

Qualifications

  • 8 years experience with SAP configuration and business process mapping.
  • 8 years experience with SAP implementation methodologies, such as ASAP or Agile.
  • 8 years experience in analyzing and translating business requirements into technical specifications and system solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, finance, technology(STEM - Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), or other similar field of study.
