About the role

Senior Manager responsible for creating a positive environment of customer interactions, driving performance goals and business priorities, developing other managers, and supporting the Store Leader with strategy and decision making. Leads a team, participates in Floor Leadership, and ensures exceptional customer service while solving complex problems in partnership with Store Leader.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team (including Managers), empowering each team member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals.
  • Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
  • Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store, modeling what good looks like, and ensuring business priorities are met and exceptional customer service is delivered.
  • Address customer and team member concerns and escalations, and partner with leadership and key business or People partners when appropriate.
  • Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals by establishing, planning, and executing the operational strategy of assigned functional areas and the entire store.
  • Maintain and uphold company policies and procedures, and protect all company assets, including confidential business, customer, team member, and financial information.
  • Perform other tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and learning.
  • Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
  • Be a role model for inclusive leadership, building and retaining diverse teams.
  • Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all team members.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
