About the role

Senior Manager responsible for creating a positive environment of customer interactions that drive performance goals and business priorities. Leads a team (including Managers), develops others, supports Store Leader with business strategies, and solves complex problems in partnership with Store Leader. Represents inclusive leadership and Apple values in daily activities.

Responsibilities

  • - Lead a team (including Managers), empowering each team member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals.
  • - Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
  • - Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store, modeling excellent service, and ensuring business priorities and exceptional customer service are met.
  • - Address customer and team member concerns and escalations, and partner with leadership and People partners as appropriate.
  • - Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals by planning and executing the operational strategy of assigned functional areas and the entire store.
  • - Maintain and uphold company policies and procedures, and protect all assets (including confidential business, customer, team member, and financial information).
  • - Perform other tasks as needed.
  • - Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and learning
  • - Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
  • - Be a role model for inclusive leadership and build, develop, and retain diverse teams.
  • - Take action to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all team members.

Qualifications

  • - 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
  • - Proficiency in written and spoken English (sign language supported).
  • - Availability to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled.
