About the role

Apple Channel Store Advisor in Apeldoorn, Netherlands, supporting sales, merchandising and operations of an Apple Shop inside a partner reseller store. Build relationships with partner staff, drive product knowledge and brand awareness, conduct demonstrations, train partner staff, and ensure merchandising standards are met to grow Apple business.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Apple within a single partner store and help customers develop relationships with our brand.
  • Share in-depth knowledge on Apple products directly to customers, work closely with partners, and create new owners of our products.
  • Provide an amazing customer experience by showcasing products, accessories, and services.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to expand awareness for new and existing customers.
  • Leverage curiosity for technology and stay up to date on initiatives impacting the customer journey.
  • Ensure all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements in the store are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards.
  • Provide daily care and inspection according to guidelines and escalate issues for timely and effective resolution.
  • Educate customers by delivering individual and group product demonstrations, sharing the latest sales promotions, and encouraging adoption of the Apple platform.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of related experience.
  • Passion for helping customers and partners understand how Apple technology can enrich lives.
  • Curiosity for continuous learning and eagerness to share knowledge with others.
  • Outstanding customer focus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to educate and inspire others.
  • Solid relationship building skills with the ability to become a trusted business partner at a single point of sale.
  • Fluency or advanced conversational proficiency in Dutch, and ability to communicate in English.
