About the role

Platform Specialist to help developers with promotions and discovery across Apple Services in overseas markets, focusing on Apple Ads (Gaming) in Greater China. Role involves account management, consulting on campaign optimization, and collaboration with Client Partners to grow revenue and deliver best-in-class client service.

Responsibilities

  • Managing, growing, and developing accounts (existing and new) to forge long-term commercial partnerships with Strategic account clients.
  • Growing a book of business through consulting and making recommendations to clients on structuring and optimizing campaigns to hit business goals.
  • Working closely with Client Partners who act as frontline sales for multi-market advertisers.
  • Shaping and driving team culture to ensure revenue targets are met and client service is best-in-class.
  • Becoming an expert on tools built to support the business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent.
  • Account management experience, operations, or other client-facing sales and service functions (direct clients and agency clients).
  • Deep knowledge of the mobile gaming app landscape.
  • Good understanding of performance advertising, mobile market, and digital space.
  • Excellent numeric and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English and native Mandarin.
  • Great collaboration, prioritisation and planning skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to react fast under deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to socialize ideas across functions.
  • Professional and positive attitude.
  • Proven experience in game operations.
