About the role

Platform Specialist to join Apple Ads (Gaming), Greater China team to help developers with promotions and discovery across Apple Services in overseas markets. Focus on managing, growing, and developing accounts—both existing and new—through consulting and campaign optimization to hit business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, grow, and develop accounts (existing and new) to forge long-term commercial partnerships with strategic clients.
  • Grow a book of business by consulting with clients and recommending how to structure and optimize campaigns to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with Client Partners who act as the frontline sales team across multi-market advertisers.
  • Shape and drive team culture to ensure revenue targets are met and deliver best-in-class client service.
  • Become an expert in the tools that support the business.
  • Possibly engage in game operations and client-facing sales/support functions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent.
  • Account management experience, operations, or other client-facing sales/service roles ideally across direct and agency clients.
  • Deep knowledge of the mobile gaming app landscape.
  • Strong understanding of performance advertising, mobile market, and digital space.
  • Excellent numeric and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English and native Mandarin.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to socialize ideas across functions and articulate business visions internally and externally.
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to react quickly under deadlines.
