About the role

Experienced Platform Specialist to join Apple Ads (Gaming), Greater China team to help developers with promotions and discovery across Apple Services in overseas markets. Responsible for managing and growing accounts, advising on campaign structure to hit business goals, and partnering with Client Partners to deliver best-in-class client service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, grow, and develop accounts (existing and new) to forge long-term commercial partnerships with strategic clients.
  • Grow a book of business through consulting and making recommendations to clients on how to structure and optimize campaigns to hit business goals.
  • Collaborate with Client Partners who work with multi-market advertisers.
  • Shape and drive team culture to ensure revenue targets are met and client service is best-in-class.
  • Become an expert on tools built to support the business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent.
  • Account management experience, operations or other client-facing sales/service functions (ideally across direct and agency clients).
  • Deep knowledge of the mobile gaming app landscape.
  • Good understanding of performance advertising, the mobile market, and digital space.
  • Excellent numeric and analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English and native Mandarin.
  • Great collaboration, prioritisation and planning skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to react quickly under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to socialize ideas cross-functionally.
  • Professional, positive attitude.
  • Proven experience in game operations.
