About the role

Apple Channel Store Advisor responsible for promoting Apple solutions within CES retail locations, delivering sales, service and merchandising excellence, training, and coordinating with store teams and virtual counterparts to meet store metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Retail Sales and Service - meet and strive to exceed sales, service and attach rate goals for store locations; actively participate in all store activities to maximize revenue; maintain high customer service and integrity; minimize dissatisfaction and returns.
  • Merchandiser and Brand Ambassador - ensure Apple product merchandising meets standards; develop selling opportunities with store sales manager and Territory Lead; ensure Apple fixtures and displays conform to merchandising guidelines.
  • Training/Coaching - maintain up-to-date product knowledge; cross-train virtual team members; deliver in-store seminars and educate customers on Apple products and total solutions; coach and develop staff to articulate features and benefits in daily sales interactions.
  • Business Management - maintain regular contact with Apple Operations for smooth order/delivery; organize sales meetings with store managers for inventory/restocking; conduct Quarterly Reviews with store/area/regional management to discuss performance and growth plans.

Qualifications

  • Retail sales experience (1-3 years)
  • Full-time availability Tuesday–Saturday (ASM) and Wednesday–Sunday (ASC)
  • Proven track record of aggressive growth targets
  • Experience approaching tentative customers with innovative products and lifestyle solutions
  • Aggressive focus on goals and continuous improvement
  • Customer service experience
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Mature decision-making and follow-through
  • Hardware and service sales background in a retail environment
  • Experience with in-store merchandising plans
  • Apple product and channel experience
  • Understanding of operations and logistics
