About the role

Senior Manager in Apple Retail responsible for creating a positive customer environment, driving performance and business priorities, developing managers, and partnering with Store Leader on strategies and critical decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team (including Managers), empowering each team member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals.
  • Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
  • Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store, modeling what good looks like, and ensuring business priorities and exceptional customer service are delivered.
  • Address customer and team member concerns and escalations, and partner with leadership and People partners as appropriate.
  • Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals by establishing, planning, and executing the operational strategy of assigned functional areas and the entire store.
  • Maintain and uphold company policies and procedures, and protect all company assets (confidential information, etc.).
  • Perform other tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and fostering inclusive leadership.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
