About the role

Apple is seeking a Business Transformation Program Lead to reimagine Sales and Sales Finance business processes, initially focusing on streamlining how reseller promotional consumer offer data is captured to better understand demand drivers and inform AI initiatives and channel investments.

Responsibilities

  • Become the expert. Within the first 3 months, develop deep fluency in reseller promotional consumer offer data. Articulate a clear point of view on where it needs to go, and how to get there.
  • Co-own the vision. Partner with business and technical counterparts to define and evangelize the target-state process, data model, and product roadmap for promotional consumer offer data.
  • Drive execution across tracks. Break the work up into multiple parallel and sequenced work streams with clear owners, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics — and keep them moving.
  • Deliver measurable outcomes. Define what "good" looks like and hold the program to it.
  • Communicate up, down, and across. Produce crisp updates for senior leaders; translate strategy into actionable direction for delivery teams; surface risks early with recommended paths forward.
  • Influence your cross functional partners to show up the way you need them to in order to accomplish your goals. Be open to new ways of working along the way.
  • Enable AI and investment decisions. Ensure the data foundation you're building meets the requirements of downstream AI initiatives and channel investment decision-making.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years experience in sales finance or project management, program management, business process transformation, product ownership or operations, preferably within Sales Finance functions.
