About the role

Role focused on end-to-end material master data maintenance and setup, governing critical data elements across enterprise systems from NPI through EOL, with emphasis on data integrity, SAP-based configurations, continuous improvement, and scalable data governance within Apple’s Pacific Operations for Greater China, Northeast Asia, Southeast Asia, and Australia & New Zealand.

Responsibilities

  • Manage material data readiness and execute material setup in SAP to support on-time New Product Introductions (NPI) while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Constructing, operating and maintaining material configurations throughout the entire product lifecycle across SAP and associated systems.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to automate workflows, optimize processes, and scale operational efficiency.
  • Lead root-cause analysis through post-mortems and implement corrective actions to enhance data accuracy and mitigate operational risks.
  • Drive scalable solutions to promote team effectiveness and efficiency, including contributions to strategic initiatives.
  • Navigate ambiguity to design models that meet system and business requirements while adhering to global design principals, security, encryption, compliance, and documentation standards.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree.
  • Relevant Experience: 1–3 years in supply chain operations, master data management, or related fields in a global/multinational setup.
