About the role

Engineer on the macOS System Experience team responsible for building system-level features (Dock, Control Center, Notifications, Login, Mission Control, Spaces, Stage Manager) using Swift, SwiftUI, and Objective-C. Work with multiple teams to navigate a large codebase, drive features forward, and solve complex problems creatively.

Responsibilities

  • Be an engineer on the team that builds the system experience for macOS which includes Dock, Control Center, Notifications, Login, Mission Control, Spaces, and Stage Manager.
  • Navigate a large codebase, drive features forward, and solve complex problems creatively.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Swift, SwiftUI and Objective-C
  • Strong agentic programming expertise
  • Forward-thinking with strong collaboration skills
  • Customer focused with a strong ability to prioritize
  • Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • Bachelor or Masters of Computer Science or equivalent work experience
