About the role

Sourcing role focused on building high-quality pipelines for G&A functions, developing creative sourcing strategies, and partnering with hiring managers and recruiters to improve candidate experience during Applied Intuition’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage high-quality pipelines for G&A roles across finance, IT, people, marketing, design, automotive, industrials, legal, and more
  • Develop creative, research-driven sourcing and talent mapping strategies to find top passive talent
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand what "great" looks like for each role
  • Collaborate with full-cycle recruiters to ensure a top-notch, seamless candidate experience for top industry talent
  • Leverage data and market research to continuously refine sourcing strategies as the industry continues to evolve

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years in sourcing at a reputable software company
  • Previous agency experience in sales, recruiting, sourcing or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates and employees
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in autonomous vehicles and enterprise software recruiting is a plus
