About the role

Senior Talent Operations Specialist to lead high-impact, company-wide recruiting initiatives, owning strategic vision and execution for recruiting infrastructure, automation, candidate experience, and employer brand.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy around the day-to-day operation of our recruiting systems, including the ATS (Ashby) and scheduling/coordination tooling (ModernLoop)
  • Lead the design and deployment of enterprise-level automation, AI sourcing agents, and integrated candidate portals
  • Oversee governance for recruiting processes, documentation, and adoption across the company
  • Create scalable frameworks for candidate experience and employer brand that influence all hiring channels
  • Build strategic partnerships with talent networks, universities, and industry organizations to expand reach
  • Lead measurement and analytics for recruiting programs—tracking ROI, adoption, and performance against KPIs
  • Serve as a thought partner to recruiting leadership on organizational design, headcount planning, and scaling strategy
  • Manage cross-functional program managers and project teams to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field, business, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, technical program management, or talent strategy
  • Proven ability to design and execute programs at scale in high-growth or enterprise environments
  • Technical fluency in systems integration, automation, and data flows (APIs, backend workflows)
  • Demonstrated success in building cross-functional alignment at the executive level
  • Exceptional strategic thinking skills—you can connect immediate operational needs with long-term vision
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence without direct authority
