About the role
Internship for Test & Manufacturing Technician focusing on hands-on hardware work across Design, Test, Electrical, Software, and Mechanical engineering teams at the Alameda, CA site.
Responsibilities
- Work on projects with mentor across manufacturing and test activities
- Assist in building and testing hardware with real-world impact
- Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and managers in a dynamic startup environment
Qualifications
- Enrolled in manufacturing, machining, welding, electronics, mechatronics, or related technical/vocational program, or pursuing a degree in engineering, physics, math, or related discipline
- 3+ months of hands-on experience with fabrication, assembly, machining, or hardware builds
- Comfort reading technical drawings, blueprints, or assembly instructions
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and/or basic machine shop equipment (plus)
- Ability to work well in an integrated collaborative team environment and dynamic professional setting
